Fine Art Prints
Premium archival matte fine art paper, 200–230 gsm. Smooth, bright white surface with an instant-dry coating that resists fingerprints and smudging. Printed with archival inks for accurate color and high-contrast reproduction. FSC-certified sustainable paper.
Framed Prints
Solid wood frame, roughly 0.875″ wide, available in light, black, or white. Protected by shatterproof optical-grade acrylic — lighter and safer than glass, and it ships without risk of breakage. Dry-mounted to foam core with a kraft paper dust cover and hanging wire installed, ready to hang out of the box.
Production
Every piece is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse — your print is produced after you order it, at the facility closest to your address. That means it reaches you faster, travels less distance, and arrives with a smaller carbon footprint than something shipped from a single central location.
Iran drawn as a single flat map in terracotta, sage and cream, with the country's landmarks and animals set into the provinces they belong to. IRAN sits in the lower left and ایران in the upper right. It rewards standing close to it — there is something in almost every corner.
- North: the brick tomb tower of Gonbad-e Qabus, the stacked houses of Masuleh, the El Goli pavilion at Tabriz, and beluga sturgeon in the Caspian
- Tehran: the Milad and Azadi towers with Damavand's snow cone behind them
- Centre: Naghsh-e Jahan and the thirty-three arches of Si-o-se-pol at Isfahan, and the windcatchers of Yazd
- South: the tomb of Hafez, the stepped tomb of Cyrus, the Apadana columns, pink Lake Maharloo, and a lenj on the Gulf
- East and northeast: the citadel of Arg-e Bam, the mesas of Qeshm, the golden dome at Mashhad and the tomb of Ferdowsi
- Wildlife: Asiatic cheetah, Persian leopard, onager, gazelle, bezoar ibex, flamingos, dugong and whale shark
Two of the pink patches are real. Lake Urmia in the northwest and Lake Maharloo near Shiraz turn coral and magenta when salinity rises and the algae in them bloom — Urmia has lost most of its water over the past thirty years, and the colour is partly a symptom of that.
