Refund policy

Every piece is printed just for you, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll replace it free or refund you in full.

Why we don't take general returns

Nothing here is pre-printed stock. Your order goes into production as a one-off, in the size, format, and frame you chose. A returned piece can't be resold to anyone else, so accepting open returns would mean raising prices for everyone. Please take a moment with the size guide before ordering — a print that looks right on screen can be much larger or smaller than you expect on a wall.

When we make it right

Contact us within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The piece arrived damaged, creased, scratched, or with cracked glass or a broken frame
  • You received the wrong artwork, size, or format
  • There's a printing defect — banding, streaking, misalignment, or an off-center image

Email info@persianartbazaar.com with your order number and photos showing the problem, plus a photo of the outer packaging if the damage looks like it happened in transit. We'll send a replacement at no cost or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You won't need to ship the damaged piece back.

What isn't covered

  • Ordering the wrong size or frame option
  • Minor color differences between your screen and the printed piece. Every monitor and phone displays color differently, and printed pigment can't reproduce backlit screen color exactly. Slight variation in tone or saturation is normal and isn't a defect.
  • The matte finish appearing softer than the listing image. All of our work is printed on matte paper, which absorbs ink and scatters light rather than reflecting it. This gives deep, non-glare blacks and a paper-like surface, but it reads slightly less saturated and lower in contrast than a glossy screen. This is the intended character of the material, not a printing fault.
  • Gentle curl on unframed prints shipped rolled. Lay the print flat under a few heavy books overnight, or have it flattened during framing, and it will settle.
  • Small variations in frame wood grain, texture, or paper texture — these are natural material characteristics
  • Damage after delivery, including sun fading, moisture, or mishandling during hanging
  • Claims made more than 30 days after delivery

Cancellations and changes

Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't entered production, we can cancel it or change the size, frame, or address at no charge. Once production starts — usually within 24 hours — we can't cancel, because the piece is already being made.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Most banks post them within 5–10 business days, though some take a full billing cycle to show.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer law of your country. If your local law gives you rights beyond what's described here, those rights apply.
