By using persianartbazaar.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them.

1. Who we are

The site is operated by PersianArtBazaar, "We" and "us" refer to that business; "you" refers to the person using the site.

2. Using the site

You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, scrape or copy it systematically, or interfere with its operation.

3. Products and accuracy

We try to display every piece as accurately as possible, but we can't guarantee that your screen shows colors exactly as they print. Dimensions listed are for the printed piece; framed sizes include the frame. Product images may show a piece styled in a room for scale and aren't to exact proportion.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are originally listed in USD and may change without notice. Payment is taken in full at checkout. If a price or product description is listed in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full — we'll contact you first.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example, if a product is unavailable, we suspect fraud, or there's a pricing error. Production begins shortly after confirmation; see the Returns & Refunds policy for cancellation windows.

6. Shipping and returns

7. Intellectual property

All artwork, images, designs, text, and layout on this site are owned by PersianArtBazaar or used under license, and are protected by copyright.

Buying a print buys you the physical object for personal display. It does not transfer copyright or any reproduction rights. You may not reproduce, scan, photograph for resale, digitize, print, license, or sell the artwork, or use it commercially — including in products, advertising, NFTs, or AI training datasets — without written permission. Commercial licensing requests are welcome; email info@persianartbazaar.com.

You may photograph your print in your own home and share it on social media. We'd love to see it.

8. Reviews and submissions

If you post a review, comment, or photo, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to promote the shop, with attribution to your display name where practical. You're responsible for what you post, and you confirm it's your own and doesn't infringe anyone's rights. We may remove content that's abusive, unlawful, or off-topic.

9. Third-party links

The site may link to other sites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Disclaimer

The site and products are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here excludes liability that can't be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of United States of America, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts of United States of America. If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep the protection of mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence.

14. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in effect when you order is the one that applies to that order.
